Beef tripe is very high in protein with a whopping 12g per 100g. Plus Vitamin B12, found naturally only in animal products, beneficial for keeping blood and nerve cells healthy. Tripe is also a good source of selenium which helps the antioxidant defence system work to prevent damage to cells.
