Terms and Conditions for PetWell Loyalty Program:
Pet Squad Pty Limited trading as PetWell and selling via PetWell.au

1. Eligibility: The loyalty program is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have a valid email address and account with PetWell.au.
2. Earning Points: Members will earn points on qualifying purchases made on PetWell.au. The number of points earned per purchase may vary based on the purchase amount or any promotional offers in effect at the time of purchase.
3. Reward point will not be rewarded in conjunction with other offers.
4. Redemption of Points: Members may redeem their points for discounts on future purchases made on PetWell.au. Points may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to other accounts.
5. Expiration of Points: Points will expire if not used within 12 months of earning the points. The expiration date will be clearly communicated to members through email or the online loyalty program portal.  PetWell reserve the right to make changes to the expiration timeline at any time.
6. Program Changes: PetWell reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated to members through email or the online loyalty program portal.
7. Fraud and Abuse: PetWell reserves the right to disqualify any member who engages in fraud or abuse of the program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, making fraudulent purchases, or redeeming points in violation of the program rules.
8. Privacy: PetWell will collect and use personal information from members for the purpose of administering the loyalty program and providing rewards. Personal information will be treated in accordance with PetWell’s privacy policy.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction within Australia, and any disputes arising from or related to the program will be resolved in accordance with such laws.

Reviews

1. Only one product review per purchased item is eligible for reward points.
2. The review must be genuine and based on the user's personal experience with the product.
3. PetWell reserves the right to moderate and approve the product reviews before awarding the corresponding reward points.
4. The maximum reward points that can be redeemed per transaction is subject to PetWell's discretion.
5. PetWell reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time, without prior notice.
6. By participating in the PetWell rewards program, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by PetWell regarding the program.

1. The referrer will receive 50 PetWell points as a reward for a successful referral.
2. The referred person must be a new customer to PetWell and should not have an existing account.
3. In order to qualify for the referral reward, the referred person's order must be confirmed and not cancelled.
4. If the referred person cancels their order, the referral points earned by the referrer will be revoked.
5. The referral reward points will be credited to the referrer's PetWell account within a reasonable timeframe after the referred person's order has been confirmed.
6. The maximum number of referral points that can be redeemed per transaction is subject to PetWell's discretion.
7. PetWell reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals and disqualify any fraudulent or suspicious referrals.
8. PetWell reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral rewards program at any time, without prior notice.
9. By participating in the PetWell loyalty program, members agree to these terms and conditions and the PetWell privacy policy.
